What receipt and warranty come with a bike?
Every bike comes with a purchase receipt. Our included warranty covers the frame for one month and components for three months. The warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or limit them. Before you buy, ask us for the written terms for the bike you are considering, including covered faults, exclusions and how to make a claim.
Can I view a bike before buying?
Viewing arrangements can be discussed for each bike. Contact Premium Bikes with the listing you are interested in and your location.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Delivery and collection options depend on the individual bike and destination. The available options will be shown clearly on each live listing.
Do you accept part exchange?
